Food Truck/ Event Catering

BBQ food truck based in Sydney since 2016. We cater for events of all sizes. Jamaican-style BBQ jerk chicken cooked over charcoal, slow-cooked beef brisket, slow-cooked lamb and Jamaican goat curry. Sides include mac and cheese, hot chips, jerk sweet potato, coconut rice and coleslaws.
